How to check complete milking of the udder?

How to Check That the Udder Is Completely Expressed?

Excessive milking can cause hyperkeratosis, putting cows at greater risk for infection.
If you want to do this test manually!

Immediately after milking, milk each udder manually for 15 seconds and place the milk in a container. The milk you express should be 1 glass (200 ml) in total..

If you want to do this test on the milking machine!

SAfter the milking machine automatically removes the udder, reattach the teat cups within 30 seconds and milk by pressing downwards for 15 seconds. Check on the machine how much is milked. Harvested milk should be 1 glass (200ml), if it is more or less, many factors may be at fault.

In over-milking, when there is not much milk in the udder pool, additional wasted milking will occur. When the flow of milk entering the nipple is less than the flow of milk leaving the udder, it creates reverse pressure. This situation poses a dangerous situation as it will cause the bacteria to move inward with negative pressure.

It is known that excessive milking also increases hyperkeratosis. This situation increases the prevalence of mastitis, again due to the teat not being covered and also because the pre-cleaning job is not done completely.

Incomplete maintenance of the machines, failure to change tires on time, take off (automatic separators not adjusted for timely removal 300-500 ml/min)

May your milking be fertile!!
